Created by seven architectural practices from six countries and four continents. Covering 23,000 sq feet of the Royal Academy this is one of the most talked about exhibitions in London.
Throughout the cavernous gallery spaces you can expect to see anything from edible sandcastles and rocks to clay face mask meditation, crowd sourced poetry and an amazing suspended ceiling of white tulips. In addition to the physical architecture there is also live performance art - on the night we went there was a live set by Mercury Music prize nominees, Portico.
The architectural brilliance of the installations is certainly something to behold but the sensory adventure doesn’t stop there. This exhibition is like a spa for the senses, you will leave feeling that all five have been thoroughly enriched!
The exhibition runs until April 6th and tickets get snapped up like cookies so get booking!
